Vote By Mail Information for MD and DC Primary Elections

Maryland Residents:

Primary Election is Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

To reduce the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus, Maryland voters are strongly encouraged to vote by mail. The State Board of Elections will mail ballots to all eligible voters. No postage will be needed to return your ballot - you will get a postage paid return envelope with your ballot.  See Maryland voting infomation and FAQ's here.

District of Columbia Residents:

Primary Election is Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Special Election for Ward 2 is Tuesday, June 16, 2020 - Vote centers will open beginning Friday, June 12 and will remain open through Election Day.

In light of the spread of COVID-19, the District of Columbia Board of Elections encourages ALL residents to request an absentee (mail-in) ballot for the June Primary & Special Elections. Applications for absentee ballot requests can be obtained by calling (202) 741-5283, faxing, or emailing the Board, or they can be made online by proceeding to the District of Columbia Board of Elections main website.  See District of Columbia voting information and FAQ's here.
